COVID-19 Information.

Let's take care of each other – we pay special attention to acting responsibly at the Hotel Forer when dealing with the new situation and all guidelines to ensure that you feel at ease here with us.

• We comply with the currently recognised official requirements and constantly adapt them to the circumstances.
  
  
• Our employees are continuously trained on the subject of prevention and hygiene and always maintain a respectful distance to our guests.
  
  
• Our employees will wear a face mask in accordance with the regulations. The entire workforce and the hosts regularly undergo testing (weekly). Here we make use of the "Tourism Test Drive" of the Austrian Ministry of Tourism, which is provided within the framework of the "Safe Hospitality" initiative.
  
  
• We will send you the necessary registration form for the region and the tourism authority for check-in by email prior to your arrival so that we can present you with all the necessary documents upon arrival.
  
  
• We will greet you with a smile, but sadly not with a handshake, but our smile comes with a hearty "Gruss Gott!".
  
  
• All sensitive areas within the hotel are equipped with facilities for regular hand disinfection.
  
  
• You will be given a freshly disinfected room on arrival, particularly the sensitive points of contact are important to us. This also applies, of course, to door knobs, lift panels, light switches, handles, keyboards etc. throughout the hotel. Our staff will do this at regular intervals during the day.
  
  
• We kindly ask you to vacate your room on the day of departure in a timely manner so that the cleaning intervals can be complied with by the floor team.
  
  
• Upon entering the buffet area, we kindly ask you to disinfect your hands at the on-site stations and to only remove food using the cutlery provided. Please respect the regulated number of persons at the buffet and maintain a distance of 1 meter.
  
  
• The same table will be reserved for you in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, without exception.
  
  
• We have of course also taken all the necessary precautionary measures in our "Vitalquelle", the treatment and bathing area as well as in the massage department and have implemented an additional cleaning concept. The individual areas in the Vitalquelle are each designated with a specific maximum number of people.
  
  
• Please maintain distance from other guests – we also do our utmost to combine good service with social distancing.

CANCELLATION TERMS WINTER 2020/2021.

We operate a free cancellation policy for direct bookings in connection with the Covid19 pandemic from
1 day to 2 weeks prior to arrival if the border is closed at short notice or there is a travel warning in place for Tyrol/Austria.

The following cancellation fees will be charged if you are unable to commence your holiday with us for other reasons:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before your holiday is due to start.
• We would be happy to credit the deposit paid for your next holiday, or we can transfer it back to you – minus a €20 handling fee.
• Cancellations 30 days up to 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price and must be paid.
• Cancellations 14 days up to 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price and must be paid.
• Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price and must be paid.
• The total price will be charged in case of late arrival or early departure, regardless of the reason.
