For almost more than 30 years we have been welcoming guests with a gluten intolerance, offering them a menu to suit. Our gluten-free dishes are prepared with specially selected regional ingredients as well as products from Minderleinsmühle and Schär. Every morning, there is a gluten-free menu available to you.

Gluten-free cereals, a selection of gluten-free breads, gluten-free cold cuts, home-made jams, organic yoghurt a much more ensure that breakfast is a true carefree indulgence! And of course your lunch pack includes a gluten-free bread roll!

For 2 years now, our regional mountain restaurants in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis have been serving gluten-free dishes and cakes as well as baked goods. Please let us know when booking if you are gluten intolerant so that we can order in enough of the right products!
