Our prices:
Our prices are per person, per day. The following discounts apply for children and the 3rd and 4th person with two full-paying guests in suites and family rooms:
- Children up to 4 years pay €8.00 per person and day
- Children from 4 to 10 years: 50% discount on the full price in each case
- Children from 10 to 15 years: 30% discount on the full price in each case
- 15 years and above: 15% discount on the full price in each case
Surcharges
- Short stay (less than 4 days): €9.00 per person and day in winter 2025/26
- Single room surcharge: €15.00 per person and day
Local tax
- All prices are exclusive of local tax.
- It is charged at a rate of €3.70 per person and day for persons aged 15 and older.
Pets
- Dogs (exclusively dogs) are only permitted in certain room categories on request and may only be brought along with our written consent.
- Costs: €15.00 per day (without food).
- Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and wellness area.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 30 days before your holiday is due to start.
➜ Refund of the deposit minus €20.00 processing fee or credit for the next stay - 30 – 14 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- 14 – 7 days prior to arrival: 70% cancellation fee
- From 7 days prior to arrival: 90% cancellation fee
The total price will be charged in case of late arrival or early departure. The AGBH 2006 (Terms and Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry) apply. We recommend that you take out Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
We do not accept group bookings for more than 15 people.
