Booking information

• Our prices are quoted per person per day and half board. Please see the list below for discounts in double rooms for the 3rd and 4th person as well as children (with two full-paying adults).

• Children up to their 4th birthday Euro 8,- per day
• Children between 4th and 6th birthday 60 % reduction of the respective half board price
• Children between 6th and 10th birthday 50 % reduction of the respective half board price
• Children between 10th and 14th birthday 30 % reduction of the respective half board price
• Children from the 14th birthday 20 % reduction of the respective half board price

• Short stay surcharge (less than 4 days) € 6,-p/person & per day
• Single occupancy supplement € 15,- p/person & day

• Pets only by arrangement € 10.00 per day/without food
• For overnight stay with breakfast, €10 will be deducted from the normal half board price.

 Prices are per person and day EXCLUDING local tax (€2.60 p/P/D from the age of 14)

CANCELLATION TERMS WINTER 2021/2022:

Guests can cancel/change their booking free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the holiday without
giving any reason.

Cancellation/change of booking free of charge is possible until the day of arrival subject to the following conditions:

• When your country of origin is classified as a risk area and there are accompanying quarantine regulations when you arrive.
• In the case of an ongoing travel warning for Austria/Tyrol/Region of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and corresponding quarantine obligations on the return journey.
• Border closures.
• Official closure of the mountain railways and infrastructure operations.
• Official closure of the accommodation facilities.
• In case of ongoing infection with SARS-Cov2 on your part through confirmation by a doctor.

The following cancellation fees will be charged if you are unable to commence your holiday with us for other reasons:

• Free cancellation up to 30 days before your holiday is due to start.
• We would be happy to credit the deposit paid for your next holiday, or we can transfer it back to you – minus a €20 handling fee.
• Cancellations 30 days up to 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price and must be paid.
• Cancellations 14 days up to 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the total price and must be paid.
• Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a cancellation fee of 90% of the total price and must be paid.
• The total price will be charged in case of late arrival or early departure, regardless of the reason.

Please note:

The cancellation conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH2006) shall apply to reservations made. We recommend that you take out the "Europäische" Hotel Cancellation Plus Insurance for every reservation.
