The location of our hotel in Ladis is a treasure trove for ski and snowboard fans in the mountains of the Tyrol. With a grandiose 212 km of skied slopes on 450 ha of slopes, 67 lifts and countless hours of sunshine, there are already three reasons why it is worth enjoying your skiing vacation in Tyrol right here.
Skiing in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is pure exhilaration and fun. The merger of the three villages Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis into a single winter sports region means that the winter adventure zone stretches from 1,200m to guaranteed snow at 2,800m.
With modern cable cars, chair and tow lift facilities comfortably within reach and well networked, the area offers something for everyone. Old and young, adrenaline junkies and pleasure seekers, beginners and advanced ski racers: everyone can find what they’re after.
160 kilometres of blue, red and black panorama pistes guarantee space for wide curves and grippy turns. The fabulous winter sport range is supplemented by unspoilt variant routes, super-fast racing tracks and several fun areas, in addition to cosy chalet restaurants.
In winter, Berta the Cow, the mascot of the Fiss-Ladis ski school, greets children in her Kids’ Land, one of the largest playgrounds under the winter sun. The spacious children’s area at the central station of the summer cable car route is perfectly equipped for children’s ski courses.
Fun Parks for all skill levels, with highlights away from the pistes, and family-friendly restaurants make the region a must for families who want to experience more.
kiing and mountain sports are just part of what the Tyrol’s snow sports world offers. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is rich in highlights that are unique in the Alps: from inspiring moments at 2,100 metres above sea level, exhilarating adrenaline kicks above the clouds to interesting explorations behind the scenes of the cable car system: simply unparalleled. Soar into the sky in the Fisser Flieger, experience weightlessness in the Skyswing and grab a compartment on the 490-horsepower PistenBully snow vehicle. And if you like it romantic, we recommend a traditional sledge ride on one of our natural toboggan runs in the region.

If your tastes favour the slightly less spectacular, the Sunpark or the Shredpark will offer everything that the more relaxed freestyle heart could desire. Butter boxes, rails, small and medium-sized jumps and special obstacles for your first freestyle experiences. In between, on the freeride routes, there are lush and dreamy views into the Ötztaler mountain landscape. In addition, under the Waldbahn, the summer mountain bike trails transform into winter trails for skiers and boarders. You’ll need finesse and technique here!
You can also enjoy making the first tracks on the slopes – getting out in the early morning with your skis or snowboard or soar into the valley from a height of 85 metres with the Serfauser Sauser. Fabulous events such as Magic Ladis, the Night-Flow and the Adventure Night are sensational highlights of our winter holiday & in Ladis-Fiss-Serfaus. Don't miss out!
